IT Manager

ICTS IT Manager includes all the features of ICTS IT Assistant and more. Some issues may require a site visit to be resolved. Practical tasks are sometimes required as we can't always rely on the client themselves to carry these out. We recognise that our customers are often too busy to be able to deal with IT faults so we take care of it all for them.

  • Guaranteed 4 hour response time by an Engineer. This is the maximum time you can expect to wait for an engineer to contact you by telephone but response times are typically immediate.
  • An On Site Visit will take place where necessary within either 4 or 8 hours, as agreed prior to the support contract commencing.

ICTS IT Manger includes 2 engineer visits per month which can be used for any ad hoc services such as the below:

  • Commissioning new equipment such as servers and PC's. Configuring PC's for your network may for example require a day of service at our offices for configuration and a day of service at your premises for installation.
  • Training ' we can train your users on the use of applications (for example you may wish to have us train new staff on the use of your IT system such as email and document storage procedures) or we can train somebody to locally administer your network in areas such as managing backups or adding users etc.
  • Configuring mobile phones to access email on the move, or setting up a laptop to access the network whilst out of the office.
